Frank J. Biscardi is a licensed and bonded investigator who handles all trial preparation and investigative work for the Firm.

The Donovan Law Firm LLC mourns the loss of its cherished Investigator, Frank J. Biscardi.  Mr. Biscardi was a true professional in the investigating field in Suffolk and Nassau Counties in New York and in all five boroughs and was an invaluable asset to this firm.  Frank was a warm, wonderful person and had a personality larger than life.  All who met him loved him....he made the world a better place by his presence. 

We honor his memory and will continue to miss him every day of every year....Rest in peace, Frank.
